Refund Policy

Please choose your products carefully, as Top It Off Creations do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.  This is due to all our items being custom made.  We will send you a mockup prior to production so you are able to check and see if any adjustments need to be made. 

Cancellation Policy

All items are custom made, and as such, we do not offer cancellations after purchase.   We do however reserve the right to consider any requests on receipt.   Should Top It Off Creations accept your request to cancel an order, if production has not started, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
